in bowl mix fruit, lemon juice & zest with corn starch
place in buttered baking dish
in seperate bowl mix remaining ingredients. When well mixed sprinkle evenly over fruit.
Bake 45-50 minutes
Allow to cool for 10 minutes and serve with ice cream or whipped cream.Refrigerate uneaten portion. Can be reheated till warm in oven or microwave.
Notes
This is a simple dessert for any time of year ,but in the summer we seem to have a bounty of fresh fruit. This would be a great recipe for any stone fruit and/orĀ berry combination.If you try this recipe please post and tag us on FB
