Returns
Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving.
1. Your item must be unused and in its original packaging.
2. Gift cards, monogrammed pieces, custom furniture, cloth face masks, pantry, and perishable items (like wreaths) are not
eligible for returns.
3. If an item is damaged, please shoot us an email with photos so we can take care of it (and let our vendors know).
*We understand that, in light of COVID-19, making returns within 30 days may not be possible or advised. We are closely monitoring the situation and will be making exceptions to our typical return policy as it unfolds.
