- 2 EGGS
- 1 CUP VEGETABLE OIL
- 2/3 CUP COCOA POWDER
- 1 TLBP VANILLA EXTRACT
- 3 TBSP PUMPKIN SPICE
- 1/4 TBSP SALT
- 1 1/2 TBSP BAKING POWDER
- 1 CUP PUMPKIN PUREE
- 1 CUP SUGAR
- 1 1/2 CUP CHOCOLATE CHIPS- 1 CUP MELTED / 1/2 FOR TOPPING
PREHEAT OVEN TO 350GRIND 1 1/2 CUP BLACK BEANS INTO FLOUR AND ADD TO MIXING BOWLADD EGGS, OIL, VANILLA EXTRACT AND PUMPKIN PUREE AND 1 CUP MELTED CHOCOLATE AND MIX WELLADD DRY INGREDIENTS 1 AT A TIME AND MIX WELLPOUR INTO GREASED 9X9 BROWNIE PANBAKE AT 350 FOR 40-45 MINUTES UNTIL DONE
THIS RECIPE CAN BE ADAPTED FOR ANY HOME GROUND FLOUR. BE SURE TO SHIFT THE FLOUR FOR A SMOOTH CONSISTENCY. ADDITIONAL SUCH AS WALNUTS WOULD BE DELICIOUS ALSO.
