Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 CUP BLACK BEAN FLOUR SIFTED
  • 2 EGGS
  • 1 CUP VEGETABLE OIL
  • 2/3 CUP COCOA POWDER
  • 1 TLBP VANILLA EXTRACT
  • 3 TBSP PUMPKIN SPICE
  • 1/4 TBSP SALT
  • 1 1/2 TBSP BAKING POWDER
  • 1 CUP PUMPKIN PUREE
  • 1 CUP SUGAR
  • 1 1/2 CUP CHOCOLATE CHIPS- 1 CUP MELTED / 1/2 FOR TOPPING

Instructions
 

  • PREHEAT OVEN TO 350
    GRIND 1 1/2 CUP BLACK BEANS INTO FLOUR AND ADD TO MIXING BOWL
    ADD EGGS, OIL, VANILLA EXTRACT AND PUMPKIN PUREE AND 1 CUP MELTED CHOCOLATE AND MIX WELL
    ADD DRY INGREDIENTS 1 AT A TIME AND MIX WELL
    POUR INTO GREASED 9X9 BROWNIE PAN
    BAKE AT 350 FOR 40-45 MINUTES UNTIL DONE

THIS RECIPE CAN BE ADAPTED FOR ANY HOME GROUND FLOUR. BE SURE TO SHIFT THE FLOUR FOR A SMOOTH CONSISTENCY. ADDITIONAL SUCH AS WALNUTS WOULD BE DELICIOUS ALSO.
