  • cast iron pan
  • tongs

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ea 24 oz ribeye steak
  • 1 bunch Swiss chard
  • 4 ea Yukon gold potato medium size cut
  • 1 tbsp sea salt spice shebang salt
  • 1 tsp white truffle sea salt spice shebang blend
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar good quality
  • 2 tbsp black pepper fresh grind

Instructions
 

  • Take the steak out of the refrigerator. must be at room temperature. season the steak with sea salt, both side.Heat the cast iron pan until very hot. drizzle some oil into the pan and leave for a moment. Add the steak.Sear evenly on each side for recommended time 4-5 min each side (medium rare) turning once for the best caramelized crust.Leave to rest on a board or warm plate for about 5 mins. Add the vinegar and truffle salt. Serve the steak carved into thick slices. Served with yukon roasted potatoes and swish chard
