These wings are truly addictive, the flavors and aromas are not soon to be forgotten. They will soon become your go to favorite for your wings recipe.

Ingredients
  

  • 24 Whole Wings
  • ½ cup Sriracha sauce
  • ¼ cup Mirin
  • 1 Lime juice & zest
  • 3 Garlic cloves minced
  • ½ cup Olive oil
  • 1 Orange zest only
  • 1` TBSP Tandoori masala

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well creating the
    marinade.
  • Put the wings into the bowl and toss well.
  • Pour the mixture into a large ziplock bag. Press the air out and seal tight.
  • Let the chicken sit for 1 hour.
  • Place the wings in a single layer on baking sheet.
  • Reserve the liquid for basting the chicken.
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Place chicken on middle rack and bake approx. 45-60 minutes.
  • Turn the wings halfway through the cooking process.

Notes

Spicy blend of flavors. Use a quality all natural chicken. Since we are using lime these only need 1 hour of marination. Over marinating will cause the meat to become become mushy. Reserve the liquid to baste the best throughout the cooking process.
